The Challenge

The review page was the product's centre of gravity and it was out of room. Projects, reviews, sources and chat all shared one cramped surface, so every feature shipped made it worse and there was nowhere left to put the next one. Underneath the layout problem was a product one: reviewers landed in a wall of questionnaire output with no verdict, no priority and no sense of what to do next.

The Outcome

Projects and reviews were split into separate surfaces, each with a single purpose. Reviews got a dedicated route led by a verdict-first Overview that sends reviewers straight to what needs action, plus an Answers tab rebuilt as a real working surface — outline map, compliance filters, and an answer card with clear hierarchy. The work shipped behind a per-org flag for validation with design partners. Running alongside it: the product's seven design principles, a component library and a Figma design system, so future UX decisions had a foundation instead of starting from scratch.
