The Challenge

Conversational UIs can feel like a black box. The key design challenge was giving users visibility and control over the AI's suggestions without breaking the natural flow of conversation. We designed a hybrid interface — chat on one side, structured itinerary on the other.

The Outcome

Shipped a consumer-facing AI travel assistant with real-time itinerary generation, booking integration, and adaptive replanning. The novel interface set the product apart in a crowded travel-tech space.
