The Challenge

Two-sided marketplaces are notoriously cold-start problems. We had to design an experience that was compelling with limited inventory while building the tools that would make it easy for hosts to list and manage experiences.

The Outcome

Launched the MVP marketplace with search, booking, and host management. Early traction validated the concept and helped the team raise their next round.
